Based on data of Public Health Office Kediri mentioned, the case of DHF on January 2015 increased at Subdistrict Pare. Outbreaks of dengue fever in Kediri on the category of exceptional conditions. Further researchers can perform similar research with experiment research by modifying other variable and improving mother larvae observer’s empowerment with other strategy. Education and training approach are part of the health promotion efforts as a nurse educator to increase the participation of cadres for mosquito eradication. Conclusion : Giving education and training approach can improve knowledge, motivation and perfomance on mother larvae observer. ![]() Results : Based on the result showed that education and training approach had significant effect to mother larvae observer’s knowledge (p = 0,000), motivation (p =0,000), and perfomance indicator (p=0,001). Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with significance level 0,05. Data were collected using questionnaires. Independent variable was education and training approach, while the dependent variables were knowledge, motivation and perfomance indicator. The parents and school is suggested to do this training in order to help the students to pass the level of optimum growing Keywords : Social Skill Training, Game Addict, Child School Social Skill Training can decrease the game addicted and emphasize the 3 session about the training. Social Skill Training treatment is intervention to decrease the game addicted, it’s improves the psychosocial skill to the students. Game addict is not only influenced by the gender, game type, and psychosocial condition but also influenced by the family and environment factor. It means, there is an effect of the Social Skill Training on the students addiction game online, while post test with in paired test to the control group and intervention group shows ρ(0,00) < α (0,05) that’s means there is a difference effect between intervention and control group. The data analysis shows that the pre and post test with T paired test on Control group is at ρ(0,25)< α (0,05), intervention group ρ(0,00) < α (0,05) that’s means Hi is accepted. The sample consists of 24 respondents by simple random sampling. This research uses Quasy Experimental design with pre and post test with control group. This research is conducted on the students class V state elementary school.
